Stephanie Farnsworth is a teacher and communicator at heart. As the Director of Communications & Ministry Support at Bridgeway Community Church, she facilitates programming, promotions, and community engagement. Stephanie also oversees the Bridgeway Leadership Ministry team, Volunteer Connections, and Hospitality. Stephanie is deeply invested in building leadership skills, and, as a certified CliftonStrengths coach, conducts individual and team workshops for employees, volunteers, and leadership teams at Bridgeway. She also works closely with the Women’s Leadership Development Institute, of which she is a graduate, Class of 2019. Before Bridgeway, Stephanie founded and directed Renaissance Classical Tutorial, a classical homeschool organization that served over 500 students in Howard and Anne Arundel counties for eight years and served as an adjunct professor for the University of the Virgin Islands. Stephanie’s greatest accomplishment is being the mother of two vibrant, spirit-filled adult daughters, Victoria and Sofia, who also serve God in their own ministries.
