FiT, short for Faith In Training, is a free, high-energy fitness experience built to motivate you to move, push past your limits, and grow stronger inside and out. From your first workout to your next breakthrough, FiT is designed to help you build consistency, gain confidence, and pursue better health in a faith-filled community that will challenge you and cheer you on.

Eli Hernandez

OUTREACH & ENGAGEMENT

Eli provides vision, spiritual direction, and strategic leadership for FiT as a ministry-centered fitness experience. As an Outreach and Community Engagement Pastor, Eli is passionate about creating environments where people can grow stronger in body, mind, and faith through meaningful relationships, encouragement, and purpose-driven community. With a heart for outreach, leadership development, and holistic wellness, he is committed to helping people take practical steps toward personal growth, spiritual connection, and healthier living.

Derwent "D" Williamson 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

D is a professional personal trainer and fitness coach who has spent over 15 years empowering people to live healthier and more resilient lives. He operates on the principle that success is found at the intersection of expert guidance and personal consistency. By providing a structured and supportive environment, D ensures that every client has the tools they need to reach their unique fitness goals and maintain a high-performance lifestyle.

Dr. Thersa LaMotte 

GROUP FITNESS COACH

Dr. Theresa is an award-winning exercise science professional, educator, and wellness leader with more than 25 years of experience in fitness, medical exercise, and lifestyle transformation. She is a professor at the Community College of Baltimore County, founder of Treyfit Wellness, and a longtime fitness and wellness instructor for the Maryland Police Commission. Dr. Theresa is passionate about helping people improve their health, build sustainable habits, and grow stronger in every area of life.
