We are honored to host Dr. Chris Williamson, founder and Senior Pastor of Strong Tower Bible Church in Nashville, bringing his wealth of knowledge and insights on theology, race, and African American Worship Studies. Dr. Williamson, an accomplished author and esteemed professor, is ready to enlighten and inspire us with his sermon “Ain’t No Party Like A Bridgeway Party.”

Pastor Noemi Chavez

Noemi Chavez pastors Revive Church, a multi-site in the greater Los Angeles area and Mexico. She is an international conference speaker and is cofounder of Brave Global, an organization that bridges relationships with girls that are on probation and in the foster care system and the local church as a preventative to human trafficking. Noemi also serves on the board of Christianity Today and Exponential. Noemi is committed to raising leaders and bridging generations to serve the future of the Church and their communities. In her spare time, Noemi enjoys reading and going on hikes with family and friends.

Shane Claiborne

No stranger to Bridgeway, Shane Claiborne is a prominent speaker, activist, and best-selling author. Shane worked with Mother Teresa in Calcutta, and founded The Simple Way in Philadelphia. He heads up Red Letter Christians, a movement of folks who are committed to living “as if Jesus meant the things he said.” Shane is a champion for grace which has led him to jail advocating for the homeless, and to places like Iraq and Afghanistan to stand against war. Now grace fuels his passion to end the death penalty and help stop gun violence.

HIs sermon “Reimagining Church” challenges us to consider the call of Christianity and the transformative power of compassion and justice.
