Hello Bridgeway Parents,

It happened one Wednesday night after youth group. A freshman noticed one of the middle schoolers sitting alone, wiping away tears after a tough day at school. Without anyone asking her to, she sat beside him, handed him her extra cookie, and just listened. No spotlight, no selfie, no post about it later. She just showed care. Later, when someone thanked her, she shrugged and said, “Isn’t that what we’re supposed to do?”

What an honor it is to walk with you in raising up this great generation! At Bridgeway and Bridgeway Student Ministries (B.S.M.), we deeply believe that parents are the most important spiritual leaders in their children’s lives. Our calling is to come alongside you, equipping and encouraging your sons and daughters as they grow in Christ.

This year, our church has been rallying around the theme “Proclaim.” In that same spirit, B.S.M. is moving forward with a renewed clarity of mission and vision. We want to make sure every student and every parent knows exactly what that is all about.

So, what does B.S.M. stand for? We’ve made it simple, clear, and powerful:
B – Build. S – Serve. M – Multiply.

Build – We help students build their faith in Christ, build lasting friendships, and build confidence that comes from knowing who they are in Him.

Serve – We model and teach the heart of Jesus’ humility, compassion, and caring for others. Greatness isn’t found in being first, but in loving and serving like Christ.

Multiply – We’re not content to keep the good news to ourselves. We want to raise a generation of disciples who bring God’s Kingdom into their schools, friendships, communities, and future families.

Why do we do this? We like to call it P.S. – “Profound Simplicity.” Everything we do may look simple on the surface, but the impact runs deep. Your kids matter deeply to God, and they matter deeply to us. It’s that simple. Every student carries a story or a story still in the making. Every teen has a purpose and a calling. Our role is to help them discover it, live it, and proclaim it. This is why B.S.M. isn’t “just another youth program.” We’re not satisfied with giving them a few fun nights. We are building a movement where students are fired up for Christ, rooted in discipleship, and transformed by God’s Word.

Here’s where you come in. We need you. Not just as observers but as partners. When you bring your kids, when you encourage them to be involved, and when you walk alongside us in this movement, the impact multiplies. Together, we create a space where your kids are valued, heard, and seen.

B.S.M. is a place where they encounter Jesus not only through teaching but also through relationships and experiences that shape their identities, and they learn to live out their faith in real, tangible ways. This partnership with parents is at the heart of everything we do. We can’t do it without you. We would like you to pray with us, but also dream with us:

  • Pray and Imagine your son or daughter growing up secure in their identity in Christ.
  • Pray and Imagine them serving others with humility and joy.
  • Pray and Imagine them multiplying God’s love in every circle of influence.
  • Pray and Imagine families healed, youth ignited with passion for Jesus, and communities transformed.

That’s the vision of B.S.M., and you and your kids are invited to be part of it. It starts with you choosing to bring your kids, get them connected, and partner with us in raising a Christ-centered generation.
Parents, this is more than youth ministry.

This is a calling. This is a movement. This is B.S.M. – where we Build. Serve. Multiply.
