COMMUNITY GROUPS

CAREGIVERS

Bridgeway Community Church is equipping lay people to provide confidential, one-to-one Christian care to individuals in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.

A Bridgeway caregiver comes alongside a hurting person and meets with that person on a weekly basis to listen, care, encourage, pray, and provide emotional and spiritual support. The program teaches laypersons to provide one-on-one care for individuals who request support. The confidential care-giver and care-receiver relationship, usually conducted by weekly visits, may continue for several months.

To request a personal caregiver, or to apply to be a caregiver, email us at care@bridgeway.cc

Please note: Bridgeway Caregivers are not replacements for trained professionals. People with needs beyond our prepared training will be referred to someone in a professional role. Our team members are not trained for addiction or domestic abuse situations.

BENEVOLENCE PROGRAM

The Bridgeway Community Church Benevolence Program is designed to provide assistance to those in our congregation who may be struggling financially.

Please note: this is a request for assistance, not a guarantee.
